a) Learning Opportunities

We offer our employees a unique, on-going, curriculum based learning experience that changes pace and content to keep up with their growth needs. Apart from specific courses created to provide technical knowledge specifically required to run a power utility, advanced Management Development Programmes are offered to Management Trainees and young professionals.
